Paper: Risk Assessment Report for Stroke

Risk Assessment Report for Stroke

Please click the link above to access my paper, Risk Assessment Report for Stroke. I examined a variety of paths involved in ischemic stroke, such as causes, and a developed plan for prevention for me. This topic was of interest to me because my Grandmother had a stroke in January of 2013.

My prevention plan against stroke consists of five variables. The first variable is physical activity. It is crucial that I stay at least moderately active, performing a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity per week, which is the physical activity guideline for adults age 18-64 (World Health Organization, 2015). In order to reach this goal, I will make physical activity a priority for the rest of my life, so long as I am able.
